This proposed semi-detached development in Toronto’s east end is situated on a corner lot and will consist of 10 semi-detached units designed to address its main street location as well as integrate within its surrounding residential neighbourhood. Expanding on Habitat’s mission of empowering low-income families through ownership of affordable, quality housing, the proposed development will implement sustainable energy reducing passive design strategies as well as green building systems appropriate to the scale and budget of the development.
